Converting Word Document to Jpeg

Converting Word Document to JPEG

We sometimes create a document where we want it to be converted to jpeg format for some reasons.  Just like for example in my case, I created my certificate using Microsoft word but I want it to be uploaded to my blog having the same appearance as the original. Using Microsoft word, will not enable us to download the certificate, we can copy but the appearance or the design will not be the same.

These are the few steps in converting word document to jpeg format.
  1. Just open the document.  Save the document  to pdf  format, by clicking save us and select PDF in the save us style, and it will automatically open in pdf form.
  2. Adjust the size of the document. Make it sure that the whole document is shown on the screen.
  3. On the dashboard click tool >> snapshot.  Then click anywhere in the document. A message will appear saying that the selected area has been copied to the clipboard.
  4. Next, go to the start button >> all programs>>accessories>> paint.  Copy the document by clicking ctrl+ V. Your document now is copied to paint section. Here you can adjust the size of the document by clicking the select button.
  5. From the paint section you can now save the document to jpeg format.  Just click save us and write the file name you want to name your document  and under save us type, select jpeg. Your document is now in jpeg format.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope it helps you in a little way.
