Creating banner using Microsoft  Publisher 2010

Do you want to greet anybody else in your family circle a happy birthday, happy anniversary, or any occasion using a banner?  Or if you are a teacher, do you want to display some quotations on your classroom wall using a banner?  You can make a simple banner using Microsoft publisher.

Here's how:
  1. Open the Microsoft publisher in your computer.
  2. There are different templates that you can see upon opening, select or click banner.
  3. Different styles of banners will be shown, let's say you want to make birthday banner. Just select birthday and  click create.  This specify the design of the banner for the occasion.  Different banners have different design or style depending on the occasion or purpose.
  4. This time you can see the banner's template with the design on its sides and the decorative border. What you will do it just to click the box containing the message and edit whatever message you want to have. You can also edit the design or change the picture.
  5. To see the appearance of the banner just click file >> print, you can immediately see the preview of your prepared banner. (Note: by clicking print the preview will be automatically shown since Microsoft publisher 2010 is being used. For those using Microsoft Publisher 2007 you have to click print >>> preview)
  6. You can adjust the size of your banner,  enable or disable the border or graphics before you click create in no 3.  You can also change the design of your banner by clicking page design and you can select the design whatever you want including the font style.
  7. If you done all this you are now ready to print your banner.
